Live-stream Ascend Classes on Zoom
Welcome to Ascend’s VIRTUAL ZOOM studio streaming Live classes 7 days a week! Check out the schedule here and register for class using your MindBody account. VIRTUAL ZOOM classes are $15 per single class, or use your class card. We recommend downloading Zoom prior to taking class.
We’re partnering with FitGrid (a fitness technology company) and Zoom (an online live-streaming service) to live-stream your favorite classes so that you can stay active and connected during this uncertain time.

Classes are $7 for a three day “rental” or $15 to purchase and keep forever. Small businesses are going to be hit hard during this time and it is our hope that by creating this alternative virtual studio it will soften the blow to our small business, help our instructors and serve our community.
All class cards and packages will be on hold for the duration of our open ended closure. If you have a membership, please contact us for your password to access unlimited classes.
