This training-certification is an immersion style program that will take you to the place where theory and practice merge into insight and healing. During each in-person immersion we will take time to circle, set a sankalpa, journal and share; followed by theory, investigation, application and practice.

Objective

Our objective is two-fold: One: Deepen our connection to ourselves and others. Two: Investigate and weave the practical and subtle teachings of yoga into a more cohesive system to support your teaching and establish intuitive practice.

If you are currently studying for a 200-hour certification or have been teaching for years, this training will shape your understanding of the depths of yoga and its intelligence as well as yours. Learn how the various systems of yoga in tandem offer greater paths to well-being, overall health, and a balanced life.
