Ascend Collective Vendor Application

Welcome lovely artisans, enterprenuers, makers and vision shapers!  We are always on the search for great female makers for our beautiful brick and mortar (1st floor of the Iconic SkyBaby Building at 75 Main Street in the Historic Village of Cold Spring, New York)

  • Art (original especially), apothecary, apparel, plants, home goods, jewelry, men's, women's and children’s accessories, products that support a health and wellness focused lifestyle. Well-designed handmade goods that honor the ideals of craftwomanship. We especially love products that are sustainably made – either reclaimed, recycled, upcycled, and produced with ethically sourced materials.

  • Independent makers who believe in sourcing sustainable materials where possible and the value to our society of "buying locally" and supporting other women. We love makers who are great storytellers and passionate about their work! The Vendor needs to have had a substantial part in the product(s) that she is selling. We would not, for instance, be interested in a Maker who purchases components from overseas and then has minimal effort in assembling the components or helping to design them.

  • IN STORE: We are offering prime space and management for fair and reasonable fees to help women build strong financial foundations for themselves, their families and their communities. The philosophy is simple: When women have the opportunity and support to build businesses (without rdidculous high percentage loans or high overhead) they can and will Rise together, helping to create a more equitable world for ALL not through charity but through fairity (yes, we made that word up! We are Artists, we’re allowed too).

There are several rental options ranging from Floor Space based on square footage to table rentals. Based on what we have available at any given time, vendors can select what rentals fit their needs space-wise and cost-wise- this is considered their base rental fee. Vendors will also pay a standard 10% Management, Donor and Commission fee. What does that mean? Part of that 10% commission will cover- Management includes all floor staff and sales associates, cleaning and maintenance, promotion and payment. The Collective will donate 1% of all commission to local women and women-based organiztions in need.

If you think you're a fit, please introduce yourself!

Please allow us 1 week to respond to your application.
